The terms that apply when you buy from JOHNKEANS.
These terms apply to purchases from johnkeans.co.uk, operated by Johnkeans UK Ltd (Company No. 17500105), 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. Prices include UK VAT where shown. Pre-order items are dispatched within the lead time stated on the product page; if we cannot meet it we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. Trade quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Your cancellation rights
If you buy as a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 – and our 30-day returns policy gives you longer.
